Clients who have utilized these services include but are not limited to, warehouse and distribution, commercial, industrial/marine, educational, religious and recreational facilities.

CGL Welcomes New Team Members

Clark, Geer, Latham & Associates, Inc. (CGL) is saddened to announce that it has lost one of its oldest and dearest clients in the death of Nicholas H. Holmes, III, the sole proprietor of Holmes and Holmes Architects (H&H). The relationship that CGL and H&H shared began in the mid 1950’s when the firm Holmes and Geer was founded. That firm practiced for many years. Then in the early 1970’s, Clark and Geer Consulting Engineers was created. In the late 1980’s, Clark & Geer merged with Latham Engineering to create the present day Clark, Geer, Latham & Associates, Inc. Sadly, Holmes and Holmes ceased to exist at the end of last year after Mr. Holmes’ untimely passing. However, CGL is pleased to announce that the former staff of Holmes & Holmes have become the newest members of the CGL team.
